If you are caring for a parent, spouse, family member, life partner, and/or
loved one, then come join the Chula Vista Caregiver Support Group. This group is
a safe and confidential place where caregivers will:
- Learn Coping Skills
- Discover Useful Community resources
- Meet New People Who Understand and Share Similar Experiences.
- The group is on going and always open to new members.
Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. There is no
fee to attend this group. To register or for more information, please call
